Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: REST APIs; Python and backend developers; JavaScript; React; Typescript; Angular; Web Components; CSS; HTML; SQL and RDBMS integration; Responsive design; Web performance optimization and monitoring; Version control using Git; Accessibility standards and design; Testing and debugging.

  • Responsibilities. Responsible for working to create a world-class user experience for employees, managers, and human resources professionals who use ADP's cloud-based, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, workforce management, Human Resources (HR), and benefits solutions. Create versatile code and software solutions that work for multiple channels and devices of any size. Create accessible, functional, scalable, and highly performing code. Participate in brainstorming, whiteboarding, designing, and coding features to support businesses that employ anywhere from one to millions of employees. Work on migrations, production defects, designs, user experience, new features, product enhancements, creating new services. Participate in full software development life cycle, including architecture, design, development, and delivery, using iterative Agile methodology. Work with cross functional teams and other partners to analyze requirements, integrate features and troubleshoot software problems.
