About The Position
The Lead Barista at Black Hills Blend is responsible for assisting the Management Team in leading his/her Store to success during work shifts by ensuring that sales goals, staff performance, and customer service duties are upheld according to the Black Hills Blend culture and standards. Overall Expectations Required to attend Bi-Weekly Leadership Meetings. Work toward excellent communication with Leadership Team. Ensure that any new information is communicated promptly with the team. Set the example for your team - how you dress, how you respond to customers, how you work. Adhere to company standards - utilize your Black Hills Blend Log Book- located in google drive Monitor and organize the flow of the workers on shift. Model the “Why” of Black Hills Blend: Brewing Kindness. Monitor safety conditions and manage risk- during drink making and other tasks.
