About The Position
Follows Starbucks’, in conjunction with Station Casinos’, operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. Stocks, displays, and rotates product to ensure compliance with Starbucks and Station Casinos’ requirements on quality, temperature, cleanliness, selection, display and proper inventory level to meet Guest demands.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with Guests, Team Members, and Management
- Handle a flexible schedule
- Manage time effectively with minimum supervision
- Obtain required work cards
- Must be Starbucks Barista Basics & AST certified within 60 days of hire date and maintain certifications during the length of employment
- Ability to prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for Guests, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
