The Lead Behavioral Health Technician (Lead BHT) plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey while helping guide and mentor a team of Behavioral Health Technicians. In this role, the Lead BHT assists the Clinical Team with assigned treatment procedures, provides direct supervision of clients, and serves as a role model for both clients and staff.
