Requirements

10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on APIs and SDKs.
5+ years of engineering management experience, including team leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven history of managing teams that deliver complex blockchain or financial products.
Expertise in Golang and familiarity with its idiomatic usage.
Experience with TypeScript and React for front-end services.
Expertise in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go-based chaincode).
Knowledge of token standards and on-chain transaction flows.
Understanding of Real World Assets lifecycle and their digital ledger transition.
Familiarity with custody solutions and regulatory requirements in digital securities.
Experience with mission-critical backend systems and distributed system design.
Proficient in developing highly concurrent, multi-threaded code.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and product managers to deliver tokenization products and features.
Ensure clarity of the tokenization roadmap by collaborating with product and program managers.
Oversee technical planning to capture product requirements and solutions.
Partner with other Engineering Managers to advance the technical roadmap.
Support the engineering team in achieving high standards in blockchain development.
Manage processes to optimize team productivity and collaboration.
Recruit, coach, and develop engineers with expertise in smart contracts and DLT.
Facilitate career development plans for engineers in the digital asset arena.
Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of the management team.
Engage in critical technical, design, and product discussions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define your teamâs role within the tokenization ecosystem.
Oversee project success and track quantifiable results.
Introduce leading engineering practices to foster innovation.
Contribute consistently to the codebase to maintain expertise.
