Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, financial systems, or technology implementation roles.
  • Proven track record leading complex CRM implementation and optimization projects.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design, process standardization, and best practices.
  • Experience working within structured project management or agile frameworks, with the ability to coach and guide others.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in SOX-compliant environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally based on project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of CRM and related business application modules, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and standardize customer journey workflows and operational processes.
  • Partner with implementation teams and external consultants to execute CRM rollouts, system enhancements, and data integrations.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to drive adoption and system proficiency across teams.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance standards to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Deliver clear and structured status updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and measurable ROI.
