Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales or plumbing industry experience required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills across all management levels.
  • Established leadership skills with a proven track record in sales management.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time).
  • Solid understanding of two-step distribution and pull-through selling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with Branch Sales Managers to facilitate growth of store and showroom locations.
  • Streamline inventory strategies with distribution partners to align with market demands.
  • Execute showroom expansion strategy in collaboration with operations and marketing teams.
  • Coach and develop high-performing sales associates to enhance local execution strategies.
  • Provide training for partners and customers, positioning products competitively.
  • Analyze regional market trends to establish targeted sales processes.
  • Recommend pricing and inventory strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Communicate critical business priorities across departments for product mix strategy.
  • Prepare annual Market Development Plans in collaboration with sales managers.
  • Maintain regional sales forecast reports and implement action plans.
