DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact You Will Have in This Role This role sits within the Business ‑ Aligned Delivery (BADs) organization, an agile ‑ adjacent team responsible for expedited infrastructure delivery across DTCC business lines. The BADs team supports both on ‑ prem and cloud infrastructure initiatives, enabling enterprise programs such as modernization, cloud enablement, and regulatory change initiatives (e.g., DCR). As a Senior Business Analyst – Business ‑ Aligned Delivery, you will act as a key coordination and delivery partner for a specific business line, ensuring infrastructure requests and initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently through close partnership with infrastructure engineering, platform teams, and application development teams. This role is critical to day ‑ to ‑ day infrastructure delivery execution, ensuring business ‑ aligned infrastructure initiatives move from intake through completion with speed, clarity, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Delivery Analyst, or Infrastructure ‑ focused coordination role
  • Hands ‑ on experience supporting infrastructure delivery initiatives, including: Server builds Cloud or data center migrations Platform or environment provisioning
  • Experience working directly with infrastructure engineering teams during build, migration, or provisioning phases
  • Basic technical understanding of infrastructure concepts, including: Servers Networking fundamentals (IP concepts) Cloud environments
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA (request creation, tracking, and status updates)
  • Strong communication skills with experience supporting Director ‑ level and above stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver multiple efforts using shared resources

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of direct experience supporting infrastructure delivery
  • Experience working with automation or provisioning tools
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
  • Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
  • Power BI (nice to have, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Delivery & Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between application development teams and infrastructure engineering teams
  • Support delivery of infrastructure for multiple concurrent projects and enterprise initiatives
  • Translate business and application needs into actionable infrastructure requests (servers, storage, connectivity, environments)
  • Engage appropriate infrastructure SMEs (compute, network, storage, cloud, security) to resolve delivery questions and blockers
  • Automation Tool Request Management Manage infrastructure requests submitted through an automated provisioning tool
  • Validate request parameters such as server specifications, storage, and connectivity
  • Investigate and resolve failed or partially automated requests in coordination with infrastructure SMEs
  • Support ongoing process improvements as automation capabilities evolve.
  • Agile Delivery & Day ‑ to ‑ Day Execution Participate in squad stand ‑ ups and Agile ceremonies as required
  • Attend customer and stakeholder calls
  • Liaise closely with engineers to ensure delivery clarity
  • Actively clear delivery blockers and manage dependencies
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain program decks, status updates, and delivery reporting
  • Delivery & Light Project Management Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple infrastructure efforts
  • Track risks, issues, and action items
  • Proactively escalate delivery risks and conflicts
  • Ensure transparency and accountability across stakeholders
  • Tools & Workflow Use JIRA to track delivery tasks, dependencies, and progress
  • Use ServiceNow to submit and manage infrastructure requests and changes
  • Ensure all work is properly documented and tracked as the source of truth
