About The Position

Be the technical authority who sets the bar for measurement quality, accreditation readiness, and Standards Laboratory excellence. You will Pinpoint and quantify contributors to uncertainty using root-cause methods to assure measurement reliability. Refine or reengineer measurement capabilities to drive down error. Develop and validate calibration procedures and techniques aligned to measurement science and accuracy/precision targets. Produce compliant documentation and reports that meet national and international standards, including ISO17025. Provide leadership and technical direction to calibration specialists, technicians, and administrative teammates. Offer expert guidance, oversight, and project management across the Standards Laboratory, M&TE services, and QA requirements for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Physics, or similar; 5 years in metrology/engineering/operations & maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years in calibration and/or M&TE-driven industries.
  • Proficiency in data collection and uncertainty calculation methods.
  • Deep expertise in Flow, Electrical, Dimensional, and Physical metrology domains.
  • Skill in shaping policies and procedures from complex, conceptual information.
  • History of achieving internationally recognized calibration/testing accreditations (ISO17025, Z540).
