Caring Senior Service is actively hiring a Lead Caregiver to support our growing team. This is a critical role for someone who is experienced, dependable, and ready to step into a leadership position. We are looking for someone who can start quickly and help ensure our clients continue receiving the highest level of care. The Lead Caregiver is a key field role responsible for maintaining care quality, supporting caregivers, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires hands-on involvement, strong leadership, and the ability to respond quickly to staffing and client needs. You will work closely with the Field Care Manager to keep operations running smoothly and ensure all care meets company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving or healthcare experience
  • Proven reliability and ability to take initiative in urgent situations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel regularly
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations
  • Must provide at least one professional reference

Responsibilities

  • Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits in client homes
  • Observe caregiver performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
  • Complete and submit visit documentation promptly and accurately
  • Step in to cover open shifts and urgent call-offs as needed
  • Communicate proactively with the Field Care Manager regarding issues or updates
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support
  • Assist with caregiver training, mentoring, and onboarding
  • Maintain a professional, team-focused environment in the field
  • Ensure all care aligns with client service plans and company policies
