Special Requirements US Citizenship required to obtain a Public Trust DHS Public Trust preferred Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional experience What Your Day Might Include… Provide daily supervision, task delegation, and support to a small team of analysts. Ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables across team functions. Mentor junior staff and support professional development through coaching and feedback. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize team initiatives and resolve operational challenges. Monitor team performance metrics and ensure compliance with client expectations and agency standards. Support and participate in compliance and law enforcement actions for petitioning and approved institutions. Conduct open-source research and analysis to inform federal adjudicative decisions. Review Initial, Update, and Recertification Petitions for completeness and compliance. Maintain accurate records in government systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM). Accept or reject application packages based on eligibility and documentation standards. Gather, record, and analyze data to support decision-making and develop actionable insights. Respond to inquiries from the Response Center regarding petition status and procedural guidance. Provide administrative support including meeting preparation, deliverable production, and project coordination. Supp ort financial data reconciliation efforts and help correct data integrity errors. Assess current reporting tools and recommend improvements for budget and financial management. Document and train FPS users on financial reporting procedures and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience in compliance, financial support, or program analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and manage operational workflows effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and federal databases is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of federal financial reporting and audit standards is a plus.
