About The Position

As a Lead Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Mastering the Register System: Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy. Managing Special Transactions: Skillfully process returns, price overrides, and other unique scenarios. Opening and Closing Registers: Ensure accurate cash flow and adhere to security procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
  • Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively.
  • Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff.
  • Frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle merchandise.
  • Occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Comfortably lift and move items up to 15 pounds
