The Job: As a Lead Category Manager – Enterprise Labor, you’ll be part of our Global Indirect Supply Management team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: · Drive the Indirect – Enterprise Labor categories, including Temporary Labor (Light Industrial & Professional) and Recruiting & Relocation, for SBD globally. · Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to deliver value in productivity, working capital, service, quality, and innovation. · Conduct strategic spend analytics to identify opportunities for value delivery. · Manage relationships and set expectations with stakeholders across the organization. · Negotiate high-value contracts with key strategic suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders. · Lead supplier selection and negotiation processes globally for all relevant categories. · Track supplier performance within each applicable spend category. · Build sustainable business partnerships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers. · Stay informed of market and industry trends, including technical, risk, and commercial developments. · Reduce tail spend by consolidating spend with key preferred strategic suppliers. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience managing Enterprise Labor categories (Temporary Labor, Recruiting & Relocation, or similar).
  • Proven ability to develop, sell, and implement category strategies and manage complex commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, supplier management, market analysis, cost modeling, and financial risk management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including C-level, VP, and Director.
