What You’ll Do As a Lead Driver in our Crossville operation, you’ll play a key role in keeping the community clean and safe. Your responsibilities include: Safely operating a garbage truck on assigned routes throughout the Crossville area Reading and following route sheets and servicing all customers assigned by dispatch Performing routine pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.) Interacting with customers in a professional, courteous manner Completing additional job‑related tasks as needed What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring: A valid Class A or B CDL 2+ years of CDL driving experience Garbage truck or Rolloff experience a plus A clean driving record 1 year of local route driving experience A commitment to safety, reliability, and quality service What You’ll Get from Waste Connections We take care of our people—on and off the job. Requirements

  • A valid Class A or B CDL
  • 2+ years of CDL driving experience
  • A clean driving record
  • 1 year of local route driving experience
  • A commitment to safety, reliability, and quality service

Nice To Haves

  • Garbage truck or Rolloff experience a plus
