Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $129,880.00 - $214,303.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You’ll Be Doing Leads Members and teammembers through the five stages of change by addressing their emotional and mental, and practical readiness during project execution and organizational change. Drives adoption, manages resistance, and ensures overall readiness as systems and processes evolve. Develops and implements change strategies that prepare stakeholders, foster acceptance, and drive successful Credit Union transformation initiatives. Collaborates across all levels of the organization to align change efforts with the Credit Union's Member-focused mission and strategic goals. Develops and implements a comprehensive change management strategy for major organizational changes, ensuring project goals align with the Credit Union's strategic vision, Member service objectives, and regulatory requirements. Conducts stakeholder analysis and develops communication plans with identified communication channels, ensuring key stakeholders are identified, informed, engaged, and confident in their ability to adopt the change. Assesses and tracks change impacts at the program level, including organizational readiness and capacity for change, evaluating effects on Member service delivery, operational workflows, and teammember wellbeing. Educates and coaches leadership and management on change management principles and best practices, preparing them to actively sponsor and lead change efforts and support their respective teams through transitions. Collaborates with key stakeholders to design and execute training programs that equip impacted teammembers with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully transition to new ways of working. Develops and maintains a toolkit of change management resources, including templates, checklists, and best practices tailored to Credit Union operations. Leads efforts to integrate change management activities into project plans, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and operational readiness to maintain exceptional Member service during transitions. Partnering with key stakeholders, creates and delivers change communication strategies, including developing messaging, FAQs, presentations, and collateral that effectively communicate change to all stakeholders while addressing emotional and practical concerns. Ensures change initiatives align with the Credit Union's Member-focused culture and values, helping teammembers understand how changes enhance their ability to serve Members effectively Builds and leads organizational change networks by identifying and developing change champions across departments and branches to foster broad engagement and support for change initiatives. Monitors and measures the success of change initiatives through adoption metrics, teammember feedback, Member satisfaction scores, and operational KPIs, adjusting strategies and plans as necessary to ensure continued alignment with organizational goals. Partners with key stakeholders to ensure change initiatives comply with NCUA regulations, BSA requirements, and other applicable financial industry standards.
