The Lead Clinical Business Intelligence Architect provides technical and strategic leadership for clinical analytics and external benchmarking across a large, integrated academic health system. This role designs, governs, and advances enterprise business intelligence solutions supporting Vizient performance domains, clinical quality, safety, outcomes, utilization, and service line performance improvement. The position partners closely with clinical leadership, quality teams, and enterprise analytics stakeholders, and directly leads a team of data analysts (2 FTEs), ensuring analytics are accurate, scalable, transparent, and trusted. This position is eligible for remote work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location.
