Sodexo is seeking a full‑time Lead Registered Dietitian to join the clinical nutrition team at Holy Cross Hospital, a community‑focused facility on the south side of Chicago, IL, and part of the respected Sinai Chicago health system. In this key role, you will provide high‑quality nutrition care while taking on leadership responsibilities that support an exceptional patient experience and strong clinical outcomes. Reimbursement of AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal Three weeks of vacation, eight holidays and three personal days paid each year Reimbursement for continuing education events Career advancement opportunities with Sodexo’s Clinical Career Ladder Daily meal stipend What You'll Do Deliver patient‑centered nutrition care, including comprehensive assessments, medical nutrition therapy, and management of enteral/parenteral nutrition Provide evidence‑based nutrition education and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on implementing and monitoring nutrition interventions Support departmental quality improvement and regulatory compliance Oversee tray accuracy checks, routine safety training, and resolution of patient service concerns Assist with patient meal service needs—including phone coverage and meal preparation—as well as additional tasks supporting food service leadership What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
