About The Position

Inspired Closets Rhode Island is looking for an experienced, full-time Lead Closets Installer with a background in carpentry/woodworking and cabinet/closet installation to join our growing team! This role will work on various residential storage solutions projects throughout Rhode Island and parts of Massachusetts and Connecticut, helping our clients turn their homes into productive, beautiful spaces. If you answered yes to these questions, we would love to speak to you! As a Lead Inspired Closets Installer, you are working on a variety of home improvement projects. You come to work ready to make connections with your team and clients. You install innovative cabinets and closets in a safe, high-quality manner. On top of their top-notch carpentry skills, the ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to client satisfaction being able to communicate what is necessary genuinely and professionally. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years cabinetry and woodworking experience
Minimum of 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
A valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle are required
Above-average technical ability & math skills
Lift and carry 80+ lbs
Ability to climb ladders & scaffolding
Kneel and bend repeatedly
Operate tools, machines & equipment
Positive, team player
