The Lead, Collections Quality role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of collections processes through proactive quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. This position manages critical functions including Energy Assistance programs, outside collections referral pathways. As well as bankruptcy portfolio oversight. The role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal departments, external agencies and vendors, as well as legal representatives. Additional responsibilities include vendor management, reporting, and collections-based account investigations.
