About The Position

Skyglass has an immediate opening for an experienced Lead Concierge! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Concierge plays a critical role in our success. Skyglass Apartments captures Seattle's ever-changing light in unique ways, offering residents a new perspective of South Lake Union and the cityscape from studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Inside, the tower's airy, bright spaces are infused with style and design, and its amenities invite socializing and relaxation. Organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source for and help to residents related to local market resources. Responsibilities

  • Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.
  • Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member
  • Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
  • Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.
  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensures that prospects and visitors are comfortable while they wait to speak with a team member.
  • Monitors guest traffic.
  • Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.
  • Assists residents with the checking in or out of luggage carts.
  • Monitors parking garage for team members and vendors.
  • Monitors fire alarm panel and security cameras.
  • Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
  • Keeps a daily log of events and community security status.
  • Reports any concerns to management.
  • Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community.
  • Books freight elevator for move-in, move-out and furniture deliveries
