The Empower Personal Wealth (EPW) Lead Coordinator will partner with EPW leadership to execute current and future lead lifecycle processes, including curating, assigning, reassigning, and reporting on leads across teams. This role supports both EPW and EWS by managing day-to-day lead operations that contribute to asset growth and retention, and by working with Marketing, Product, and technology partners to improve and automate lead lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or applicable business experience.
  • Ability to learn and work with multiple lead types within EPW and EWS.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Dataloader or comfort learning new technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with strong quantitative and analytical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with follow-through and collaborate across cross-functional teams (including Sales, IT, and Finance).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • FINRA fingerprinting required.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 3 years of financial or sales analysis experience in sales operations or finance.
  • 1 to 3 years of SFA and CRM administration or business systems analyst experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Dataloader.
  • 1 to 3 years of SQL coding experience or comfort learning SQL.
  • Understanding of data warehouse, business intelligence, and data tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute team-specific lead lifecycle processes, including curating, assigning, reassigning, and reporting on leads.
  • Manage daily and weekly lead assignments accurately and on time.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for Marketing and Product partners on campaign logic.
  • Maintain documentation for existing lead lifecycle processes and create procedures for change requests and new lead projects.
  • Create, modify, and deliver lead assignment reporting for stakeholders and business leadership.
  • Proactively provide lifecycle reporting to Marketing/Product, Advisory, and business leadership.
  • Partner with technology teams to automate lead lifecycle processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the Advisory team, stakeholders, and systems development, product development, marketing, and training teams as needed.
  • Support sales and business teams in building business cases.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve independently when possible, and escalate appropriately when needed.
