It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better. We’re looking for a Lead Data Analyst who thrives on connecting the dots between customers, data, and decisions. You’ll sit at the intersection of insight and action, helping transform questions into strategies that move our business forward. Requirements

  • 5+ years in Data Analytics. Business Analysis, Product Analytics, or other data-driven roles.
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business/reporting requirements across diverse teams.
  • Fluency in reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data visualization writing in SQL.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: You adapt quickly in evolving technical environments.
  • Strategic & hands-on: Confident moving from high-level discussions to deep analysis.
  • Exceptional communication: Clear, concise, and confident with executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset: You’re a translator who listens, probes, and connects the dots.
  • Curiosity: You care about the why, not just the what.

Responsibilities

  • Bridge business and data: Connect customers, Product, Sales, and Client Engagement, translating business needs into clear, measurable analytics.
  • Own the flow of insight: Lead requirements gathering, reporting alignment, and data storytelling to ensure analytics drive strategy.
  • Spot trends and tell the story: Surface patterns, gaps, and “what changed?” moments in customer data—and drive investigations to resolution.
  • Be the analytics voice in the room: Represent Product Analytics in key client and partner calls, turning feedback into actionable insights.
  • Deliver clarity through data: Collaborate with analysts to build dashboards and metrics that answer priority business questions.
  • Lead proactive discovery: Explore customer behavior, pilots, and trends to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion customer-facing insights: Support initiatives like engagement portals and reporting, translating data into clear, compelling stories.
  • Elevate the craft: Partner with the Product Analytics team to ensure consistent, high-quality, and impactful outputs.
