About The Position

As a Lead Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and pipeline growth for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing demand generation strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and analyzing lead data to maximize conversion rates. Your expertise in demand generation and ability to leverage marketing automation tools will directly impact the company's revenue growth and success in the market. You will report directly to our Director, Business Development and work remotely. In this role, you will impact the company significantly. By driving qualified leads and pipeline growth, you will contribute to the company's revenue generation and business growth. Your ability to optimize lead generation campaigns and programs will help expand the customer base and increase market share, growing Honeywell's position as a leader in the industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs.
  • Driving interest in Honeywell products and solutions and identifying new opportunities with new customers.
  • Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality.
  • Understanding Customer Needs and Generate Qualified Opportunities.
  • Build or elevate brand presence in industry of Honeywell's position in the industry and new solution offerings.
  • Understand and articulate value propositions of Honeywell solutions and offerings.
  • Effectively prioritize and respond to leads or customer requests for information.
  • Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization to remove barriers for the teams.
