Position Summary: Reporting to the VP of Pharmacy Services FP&A, the Lead Director, FP&A will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for the Channel Margin and Client Profitability consolidations. As the financial reporting lead, you will prepare month-end close, forecast, and budget presentations for Finance and business leadership, coordinate all P&L planning activities, and serve as point of contact for the financial planning systems. Specific responsibilities include: Channel (Mail, Specialty, 340B, and Network) financial reporting and consolidation. This includes preparing materials for the Pharmacy Services finance team and various executive committees. Income statement consolidation. This includes synthesizing variance explanations from multiple Finance teams and building a concise story on the business performance. You will participate in month-end close, quarterly forecasts, strategic plans, and budgets. FP&A support. You will assist the FP&A team with financial reporting, R&Os, and presentations. Financial system support. Serve as the finance team’s point of contact for any issues or updates to our financial planning systems. Ad hoc requests. As the financial reporting lead, you will be asked to lead various projects and analyses.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance or other relevant experience within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated experience leading financial reporting and consolidation across multiple business units or channels
  • Strong background in month‑end close, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning processes
  • Proven ability to consolidate P&L results, synthesize variance drivers, and translate complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insights
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane)
