Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • One (1) year of previous Ticketing, Cash Handling, or related experience
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Responsibilities

  • Assist Ticket Office Supervisors with event-day operations, to include testing ticket scanners, verifying venue seating setup, sending reports, and coordinating Artist Will-Call tickets
  • Manage department email correspondence, resolve guest inquiries following service standards, monitor voicemail and phone systems, and update phone scripts as needed
  • Ensure Event Ticketing Representatives are trained and have the tools and knowledge to sell and process ticket orders while providing prompt and polite guest service
  • Help Event Ticketing Representatives and guests with changes or cancellations to ticket orders, troubleshoot problems with secondary resale platforms, assist with customer service, and guest service recovery
