About The Position

Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus 8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 The Lead EVS Associate provides oversight of department operations in the absence of the Supervisor. Additionally, the Lead EVS Associate understands and may perform the tasks and functions of an EVS Associate I and II. This position requires careful adherence to well-defined work, where repeatable results are needed. The Lead EVS Associate ensures all areas have coverage and makes necessary changes as needed. This position trains department staff as needed, and supervises others to ensure that quality standards are met. Perform inspections and quality auditing, and look for ways to improve the retail experience. Provide training for new hires and ensure current employee knowledge is up to date. Perform all duties of EVS Associates.
