About The Position

The Lead Executive Communications Partner serves as the strategic communications lead and central coordination point for the CEO Cabinet, ensuring Cabinet priorities, perspectives, and enterprise initiatives are communicated with clarity, coherence, and influence. This role functions as a strategic partner and connective hub, maintaining a big‑picture view across Cabinet initiatives while identifying risks, aligning narratives and proactively shaping communications. The Lead Partner operates effectively in ambiguity, balancing speed, judgment, and precision while guiding leaders through complex and often evolving situations. Working in close partnership with the Corporate Communications Director and Chief of Staff, this role ensures CEO Cabinet messaging is aligned with organizational strategy, culture, and enterprise drivers, and that communications are planned, measured, and continuously refined for impact. The position also leads the strategy and execution of the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, expanding thought leadership, visibility, and engagement in alignment with enterprise priorities. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence across the organization. A successful candidate will take an active leadership role across the organization to understand business objectives and build communications strategies and plans to support those objectives. Build strong, trust‑based relationships with Cabinet members, senior leaders, subject matter experts, and communications partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree communications, marketing, journalism, business, or related field and 7 or more years experience communications
  • and 5-7 years experience working directly with senior leaders (CEO, VP, or executive adjacent roles)
