Lead Field Service Technician
About The Position
As a Lead Field Service Tech for our service team in Plymouth, MN you will play a critical role in servicing and optimizing building automation systems—including fire —across commercial facilities like pharmaceutical companies, local government buildings, universities and hospitals as well as government agencies and military installations. You will be tasked with responding and resolving complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. These customers will have various products installed that fall into fire systems category as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency. You will be working a Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office or customer sites and 2 days remote from home.
Responsibilities
