E.A Buck Financial Services in Pleasanton, CA is seeking to add a Lead Advisor to our Team! This Lead Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with company leads from seminars, our robust marketing engine that includes TV and digital leads and referrals, as well as existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service; always putting clients first. Initial duties include building financial plans for new prospective clients that you will onboard to the firm. At EA Buck we like to say Advisors Advise, we Advertise! Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years of financial service experience required
  • Series 66 or 65 and Life and Health required
  • Experience selling AUM, Annuities and Life required
  • Ability to bring a small book of business
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans
  • Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care, and managed money
  • Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
  • Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
  • Meet individual and team goals
