Position Summary: As a Full-Time Fitness Equipment Installer & Technician (PT Tech) 30 - 40 hours, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing all technicians on all locations at Reimagine Resources. Repairing, troubleshooting, moving, assembling, and installing fitness equipment. Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and fully functional. Managing service calls & equipment diagnostics independently. Providing top-tier customer service at commercial and residential sites. Tracking & reporting service work and equipment expenses. This is a hands-on technical role that requires experience, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of repair or fitness equipment service experience (mechanical, electrical, or related field). Must be able to work on your own when starting.
Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van preferred)
High School Diploma or GED
Professional appearance & strong communication skills
Ability to lift 200 lbs & pass an annual PT test
Must pass a background check & drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited)
Smoke & vape-free workplace
