Lead Fleet Mechanic – Autonomy and No Flat Rate

We are urgently looking for a Fleet Mechanic to join our team. If you enjoy fixing cars and you are proficient at it, you enjoy working independently and for a good cause, we’d love to meet with you soon.
Requirements
- Experienced fleet truck technician/mechanic with a great positive attitude and strong mechanical aptitude
- A valid Driver’s License is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining, servicing and repairing a fleet of 70 light duty and medium duty trucks.
- Ordering parts and managing inventory
- Performing diagnostics when needed and deciding when some work needs to be outsourced
- Working autonomously. Potential to have an assistant in the future.
