Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 10 years operating folder gluers in folding carton production
- Experience with high-speed, straight-line and specialty cartons
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proven ability to minimize downtime and waste
- Ownership mindset

- Discipline in setup precision
- Ability to push machine capability while protecting quality

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate high-speed folder gluers
- Ensure proper glue application and carton integrity
- Optimize belt timing, compression, and folding accuracy
- Reduce waste during setup and production
- Monitor output and maintain tight quality tolerances
- Lead line personnel
- Troubleshoot mechanical and glue system issues
