About The Position

Orientate new team members to their jobs; including basic dress requirements and good manufacturing practices, safety aspects, job assignments and sanitation procedures and policies. Also serves as a mentor. Effective Communication; communicates with team members, supervisors, management, QA and USDA regarding any information needed to complete freezer activities. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Will use Freezer suit, composite/steel toe boots, and other protective equipment as needed or required.
