Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven delivery track record.
  • Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms, modern design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence technical roadmaps.
  • Passion for building internal solutions that serve as operational backbones.
  • Strong background in mentoring and developing other engineers.
