  • Lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of solutions across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and related enterprise platforms.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to design patterns, code quality standards, and performance optimization techniques to enhance overall engineering efficiency.
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements, estimate effort, and assess feasibility to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive engineering innovation, continuously evolving tools, frameworks, and best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver seamless end-to-end product experiences.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance on system design, coding practices, and career development.
  • Rapidly learn and adopt emerging technologies, especially in the AI/ML space, and lead the team in evaluating and integrating AI capabilities into platforms and workflows.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and experimentation, enabling the team to stay current with trends in AI, automation, and enterprise tech.
  • 10+ years in full-stack OOP development, with strong expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft.
  • 5+ years of technical leadership designing and developing complex solutions.
  • Strong ability to lead agile teams, motivate, and inspire engineers in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication across business and technical teams.
  • Proven track record of driving timely, successful delivery completion.
  • Skilled at making data-driven decisions under multiple or conflicting constraints.
  • Anticipates future technical needs, learn and lead adoption of new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with creative, practical solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning WC, Mulesoft, and the Salesforce.com APIs.
  • Experience with AI developer productivity tools Cursor, GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer.
  • Experience with web application development including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Experience with Python, NodeJS, Heroku, Amazon Web Services.
