We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic person to represent a locally owned and operated flooring company inside local Costco warehouse locations. Our company proudly maintains a 5-star customer rating and is part of the highest-rated flooring franchise system across North America. You’ll be the face of a trusted brand that homeowners already love. If you enjoy talking to people, building connections, and earning bonuses based on performance — this could be a great fit. This is not a desk job. You’ll be engaging shoppers, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home flooring appointments for our sales team.
Requirements

- Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities
- Engage Costco members and introduce our 5-star flooring services
- Generate and qualify leads through friendly, confident conversations
- Schedule free in-home design consultations
- Represent our locally owned business at Costco roadshow events
- Work closely with the sales team to improve appointment quality
