Lead Generation Specialist – $20/Hour + Commission
Location: In-Person, Vancouver, WA
Are you a people person who enjoys talking to people, making appointments, and earning commission on your results? If so, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to assist us in connecting homeowners with our construction and remodeling services. Santiago General Contractor Solution is expanding, and we are looking for the best candidate to join our team.
Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Office-Based, Vancouver, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Pay: $20/Hour + Commission for Closed Projects

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus, but not necessary
• Good communication and people skills
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners about their home improvement projects
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
• Proficiency in handling objections
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and potential clients
• Promote our construction and remodeling services
• Qualify leads and schedule in-home estimates for our sales team
• Follow up with potential clients on project inquiries
• Keep accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Handle inbound calls
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
