Requirements

You lead by example and hold yourself to the same standard you hold others

You're comfortable being both the coach on the floor and the strategist in the room

Nice To Haves

You have experience in a supervisory or lead role in a children's program, recreation, or education setting
You have a background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, or movement-based activities
You have experience with curriculum development or staff training
You're a strong communicator who connects naturally with both parents and team members

Responsibilities

Drive the quality of every class by teaching alongside your team and providing hands-on coaching and feedback
Develop and deliver staff training, curriculum meetings, and performance evaluations to maintain our high standards
Oversee all special programs — birthday parties, camps, Parent Survival Nights, and community events — from planning through execution
Support hiring, onboarding, and the ongoing growth of your team
Keep a sharp eye on the metrics that matter: intro-to-member conversion, retention, member experience, and facility standards
