Requirements

  • You lead by example and hold yourself to the same standard you hold others
  • You love developing people just as much as you love working with children
  • You're organized and proactive — you spot what needs to happen before being asked
  • You can balance warmth and accountability in equal measure
  • You bring positive energy into every room you walk into
  • You're comfortable being both the coach on the floor and the strategist in the room

Nice To Haves

  • You have experience in a supervisory or lead role in a children's program, recreation, or education setting
  • You have a background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, or movement-based activities
  • You have experience with curriculum development or staff training
  • You're a strong communicator who connects naturally with both parents and team members

Responsibilities

  • Drive the quality of every class by teaching alongside your team and providing hands-on coaching and feedback
  • Develop and deliver staff training, curriculum meetings, and performance evaluations to maintain our high standards
  • Oversee all special programs — birthday parties, camps, Parent Survival Nights, and community events — from planning through execution
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and the ongoing growth of your team
  • Keep a sharp eye on the metrics that matter: intro-to-member conversion, retention, member experience, and facility standards
