Lead Home Health Aide
About The Position
Are you a leader? Do you like helping others? Rock House is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to assist the management staff. This position is a lead caregiver position and will require someone who can take a ball and run with it. Our caregivers assist adult individuals with special needs in a group home setting. This position will assist with employee training, documentation for both residents and employees, errands, assisting group home managers with everyday responsibilities. Typical hours are 2P-10P M-F with occasional need to assist covering various shifts thoughout the week. Flexibility is a major requirement. We are seeking an individual with leadership qualities.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required
- Current TX driver's license or ability to obtain TX license within 30 days
- Background and driving record check on potential hires
