About The Position

If you're a natural leader with a passion for installing and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration equipment, then you might be the perfect fit for our team as an HVAC Install Lead. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to oversee and perform installations of new units and replacement parts, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company specifications. As the leader of your installation team, you will work hands-on with your crew to ensure installations are done properly, safely, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience in residential replacement and retrofit HVAC systems is required.
Knowledgeable in local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications.
Effective communication skills and technical competence.
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
Clean driving record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies.
Must provide basic hand tools.
Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of at least one Install Helper.
Work hands-on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Ensure complete and accurate forms in job folders.
Oversee the tracking of all unused materials and ensure proper return or reuse on another job as applicable.
Oversee the inventory of all truck and warehouse materials and products.
Maintain safety and quality as top priorities.
