About The Position
Highly skilled Lead Installation Technician who demonstrates advanced expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership. Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field Coach and develop installers on proper procedures Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials Proficient in ServiceTitan documentation and on-site payment collection Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
Responsibilities
- Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
- Coach and develop installers on proper procedures
- Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials
- Proficient in ServiceTitan documentation and on-site payment collection
- Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
- Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
