About The Position

Champions the Agile approach, implements best practices, continuously improves team performance, and workflow to deliver digital solutions. Promotes Agile Values and principles to build trust and maintain a collaborative environment. Ensures team alignment with priorities, manages capacity, and assists in removing impediments. Works closely with Product Owners and team members to meet quality standards and mature the software delivery process. Develops team skills and Agile maturity through continuous learning, feedback, and coaching. This role is expected to be on-site in the Cincinnati, Ohio location 4 days a week. This is not a remote position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, systems analysis, computer science, or related field, or accredited certification with relevant experience required.
3+ years of Agile/Scrum related experience in Cloud/Hybrid/IoT solutions required.
Basic knowledge of Agile and demonstrated practice of Scrum/Kanban.
Basic understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, testing automation, release automation, etc.).
Ability to influence teammates without formal management authority.

Ability to think quickly, analyzing conditions to resolve conflict.
Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Nice To Haves

Scaled Agile framework delivery experience desired.
Scrum Master certification preferred
Product Owner certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and influence adoption of Lean, Agile and DevOps practices and standards; provide input for DevOps standards development.
Lead and facilitate team events effectively; participate in cross-team/Value Stream events and facilitate work coordination with stakeholders.
Keep teams organized, on track, and well informed.
Partner with Product Owner and Analysts to create and maintain a healthy backlog; coach and train Agile team members on backlog best practices.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and quality improvements, coach teams and seek training as needed.
Facilitate removal of impediments, manage risks and dependencies proactively.
Facilitate team retrospectives for problem solving and continuous improvements.
Serve as a liaison for various stakeholders interacting with the team for effective workflow, quality and timely delivery.
Create and maintain team information radiators with empirical data; provide metrics to Value Stream leads and participate in automation of team metrics.
Prepare and coach team for PI Planning; represent team in Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning.
Partner with other Scrum Masters to coach and train teams as needed.
Mentor junior Agile Delivery Leads.
Support smooth execution of PI Planning.
