This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional ready to drive international IT recruitment at scale. In this role, you will lead a distributed recruitment team while managing full-cycle hiring for technical and product roles across global markets. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, influence hiring strategies, and ensure data-driven decision-making to continuously improve performance. Beyond delivery, you will play a key role in mentoring recruiters, strengthening team capabilities, and optimizing talent acquisition metrics. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international IT recruitment, with a strong track record of successful placements.
  • Proven expertise in direct search, headhunting, and proactive talent mapping strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring recruiters and conducting regular one-on-one meetings (minimum two direct reports).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment data and metrics to optimize performance.
  • Results-driven professional with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of adaptability, resilience, and ownership.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to recruitment excellence.
  • English and Russian proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full international IT recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding across multiple global markets.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of IT recruiters, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and supporting complex hiring cases.
  • Ensure full staffing coverage within the recruitment team and maintain high delivery standards.
  • Apply advanced sourcing techniques including direct search, headhunting, and market mapping to secure top-tier talent.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve talent acquisition metrics, ensuring a data-driven approach to hiring performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.
