The Lead, IT Service Desk Analyst has strong technical expertise and proven management experience to design, implement, and maintain IT systems while leading teams and coordinating IT projects. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical skills with the ability to plan, lead, and align IT operations with business goals. The position is an onsite position in Irvine, CA. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. 10+ years’ experience as an IT Engineer or similar role as a subject matter expert. Provided Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Windows Desktop/Server, macOS, and Linux server environments. Support of Microsoft 365 services (Hybrid AD w/ Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Strong knowledge of networking security principles (VPN, cloud connections, SDWAN, and VoiP). Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or Microsoft certifications. Hiring salary range: $37.89 - $47.36. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
