This position leads day-to-day IT support, maintains critical infrastructure, and helps ensure a seamless technology experience for staff and event operations, especially during one of Florida’s largest annual events. SUMMARY The Lead IT Support Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure and leading the IT team. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.
