We’re looking for a Lead Kids Program Attendant to help elevate our Kid’s Club experience! In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day activities, while supporting and mentoring a team of attendants who bring the magic to life for children ages 4-12. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re great with kids and adults.
  • Proven ability to manage a small team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be energetic, adaptable, and able to lift moderate weights (because playtime is serious business).
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in all types of weather conditions.
  • Previous experience working with children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality, recreation, or resort setting.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (as defined by company insurance standards).

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Previous experience leading teams and managing large-scale recreational programs strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and support Kid's Club attendants to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate daily activities, ensuring they are age-appropriate, engaging, and in line with our standards.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for kids and staff, promoting positive play and respectful behavior.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents, keeping them informed, addressing concerns, and sharing the exciting things their kids are doing.
  • Assist with scheduling, attendance, and inventory of program materials and supplies.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to management on program performance and team development.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
