We’ve completed 10’s of thousands of trips so far and are busy multiplying our Las Vegas fleet just to meet demand! ...And soon we’ll be expanding across the US & Europe 🚀 Why this role is exciting We are seeking a skilled, hands-on and dedicated Lead Logistics and Warehouse to join our Vay team in Las Vegas (NV). The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the Logistics and Warehouse team, coordinating people and processes to ensure smooth operations across different sites. The candidate will be responsible to optimize processes and flows, reduce inventory while keeping the fleet operating with no downtime, increase speed and dependability of logistic operations.

Requirements

Degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
7+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in hardware, automotive, robotics, or high-tech industries
Proven experience managing warehouse teams and external logistics partners
Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation management, and supply chain best practices
Experience with ERP and WMS systems
Experience in scaling up logistics and warehouse operation, in multi-site setup and along two or more echelons
Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimization and process improvements
Knowledge of international trade, trade compliance and tariffs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

Team coordination
Manage day-by-day team tasks in coordination with the Supply Chain Operations, Fleet Management and Production
Build, lead, and develop warehouse and logistics teams
Foster safety-first culture
Performance management & coaching
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Monitor storage and distribution of goods ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location (e.g. Vay warehouses) on time and efficiently
Ensure high inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels through demand planning and replenishment strategies
Planning, setup and execution of new warehouses and production feed processes in new locations
Transportation & Global Logistics
Orchestrate shipments and inbound activities together with the Supply Chain team
Oversee customs and import/export processes in compliance with US and international regulations
Process Excellence & Systems
Drive standardization, digitalization, and automation of end-to-end logistics processes
Align logistics processes with engineering configuration changes and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates
Own and continuously improve warehouse management and ERP-related logistics processes
