As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Lead Maintenance - Kitchen is to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's kitchen facilities by assisting the Director of Engineering in the day-to-day activities of the Engineering Department, with a specific focus on maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment. This role will include diagnosing and repairing various kitchen equipment, such as fryers, steamers, ovens, and dish machines, as well as conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. A critical part of this role is to adhere to safety standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment for the staff and guests.
