About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Lead Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting high-quality leads into qualified opportunities and scheduling appointments for our Acquisitions Team. This is a relationship-driven role focused on empathy, professionalism, organization, and consistent follow-up. This is consultative, empathetic, and situation-based. You will regularly work with homeowners navigating situations such as probate, inherited homes, distressed properties, or relocation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, helping people through important life transitions, and building long-term relationships rather than quick one-call sales.

  • Maintain accurate records by updating lead information, follow-ups, and statuses in Salesforce.
  • Build trust with homeowners through consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a genuine approach while explaining how we can help with their situation.
  • Review call activity and lead details to ensure accurate data and identify next steps to improve performance.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments between qualified sellers and Acquisition Managers, ensuring decision-makers are present.
  • Consistently nurture and follow up with leads to build a strong pipeline and drive conversions.
