The Lead Strategist is focused on supporting the marketing and brand strategies that enable business units to anticipate and deliver on customer needs, address customer pain points, evolve perceptions and tap into motivations that are critical to driving incredibly strong and lasting customer relationships that will contribute to business growth. The role requires the Lead Strategist to deeply understand, take into account and be able to demonstrate proficiency in how AT&T businesses work and operate, and how we drive revenue and share. The Lead Strategist will become an expert on our product and service portfolio, understanding what products have the most potential and how each element of the portfolio fits together to present a compelling, easy to understand way for consumers to get the connectivity services they need.
